Janet Jackson The Velvet Rope Virgin Records America website
(UK) We had the good fortune of working with Virgin Records on the web site for Janet Jackson's first release in three years, The Velvet Rope. They wanted a website which reflected the personal nature of her new music and at the same time showed technological creativity. Working with the beautiful photographs and video footage we designed a site which was consistent with the existing ad campaign but still showed off the unique Entropy8 style. This site requires the latest versions ofthe Real Media and Shockwave plug-ins for the full effect. This site recieived the DX Award for Design Excellence fromm the Internet Professional Publishers Association. This site was also accepted into the Communication Arts Interactive Media Design Review for 1998
